Pere Ventura presenting the new collection ‘Tresor Celebration’ at Prowein 2018

In 2018 we are celebrating the 25th Anniversary of the first harvest that originated the Cava Tresor. In spring 1993 was created the first bottle of cava Tresor, which later on, has become one of the most renowned premium cava products worldwide.

In this context of celebration is when Pere Ventura FWE unveils a new project: the cava Tresor Anniversary 2013 Brut GR. A new interpretation of the Cava Tresor, and which extends the concept of this classic sparkling to a Gran Reserva. The vintage selection is not casual, as the 2013 is one of the most excellent vintages we have seen in recent years. For that reason ‘Tresor Anniversary GR Brut 2013’ has been awarded with 92 points by the new Guía Peñín 2019 edition.

Additionally, Prowein will be also the special scene to present for the first time the new Tresor Rosé On the Rocks and  Tresor White On the Rocks caves. Those sparklings have been created to be consumed as exclusive cocktails, following Pere Ventura’s philosophy of creating top quality caves using the native grapes varieties sourced in the Mediterranean.

Tresor Rosé On the Rocks is a new interpretations of the Trepat variety, which becomes central in order to achieve an easy but fresh cava, elegant, with fruity notes and significant acidity. As well as Tresor White On the Rocks, a new cava created from the traditional cupage with a minimum aging of 15 months. On the Rocks invites everyone to personalize its drinking experience, thanks to the unique combination of ingredients, suggested by our winemaker Sebastià Galimany.

Pere Ventura FWE will we present once again at Prowein at Hall 10 Booth D 232. Besides this, Pere Ventura caves and Can Bas and Merum Priorati estate wines commended recently, will be presented as well at the stands of some of the most renowned opinion leaders in the wine business: the Spanish Guia Peñín and the German Mundus Vini wine competition.
