On March 13, 14 and 15, Girona will once again become the epicenter of the world of gastronomy and foodservice thanks to the Fòrum Gastronòmic, which this year coincides with the celebration of the 15th anniversary of its arrival in the city of this prestigious event of the culinary sector.
As in every edition, the event will bring together the best representatives of the different sectors of gastronomy and hospitality, and once again, faithful to the appointment, PERE VENTURA, producer of high-end wines and cavas, will participate as an exhibitor.
Under the umbrella of PERE VENTURA FAMILY WINE ESTATES, the collections represented by the three wineries owned by the company will be presented: PERE VENTURA (DO Cava), CAN BAS DOMINI VINÍCOLA (DO Penedès) and MERUM PRIORATI (DOQ Priorat). The visitor will find us in pavilion 1 stand 564.
Fòrum Gastronòmic of Girona is one of the most important gatherings on the country’s gastronomic circuit. The presence of some of the best restaurants in the world has been confirmed, led by renowned chefs who will show their innovative creations throughout the congress and present current trends in professional cooking.
They will do so within the new Ágoras space that will fill the three days of the fair with training sessions, focused on the world of wine, culinary techniques, sweets, room service and business management focused on the hospitality industry.
