This premier culinary event consists of three days of cooking demonstrations, wine tastings, and panel discussions led by world-class chefs and wine experts

PERE VENTURA will be present in the 37th Food & Wine Classic from June 14 -16, in Aspen, Colorado, under the auspices of the DO Cava. Premium Cava Gran Vintage Paraje Calificado Can Bas and Vintage Rosé will be served in the DO Cava – Wines from Spain (ICEX) Area, one of the top sponsors of the event.

The venue, hailed by USA Today as ‘America’s Most Exclusive Food Festival’ will bring the best to wine and food lovers from all around the country through more than 80 seminars, talks, wine tastings, culinary demonstrations parties and more and will host world-class chefs and wine experts such as Martha Stewart, Andrew Zimmern, Jacques Pépin, Stephanie Izard, and Hugh Acheson.
